Salad of vegetables, fruit and spaghetti
250 g spaghetti
2 tomatoes
2 apple
2 banana
100 g cheese
100 g walnuts
chopped parsley
8 Art. l. sour cream
6 Art. l. canned green peas

1 lemon
ground black pepper
red pepper
salt
Cook the pasta until tender in salted water, drain and cool.
All the fruit peel and chop the tomatoes and bananas - sliced apples - small slices.
Cheese cut large strips.
Combine all ingredients, add to them green peas, mix gently.
Walnuts lightly fry in a pan.
To prepare the sauce, mix sour cream with the juice squeezed lemon, pepper and salt.
Before serving, garnish the salad with walnuts, herbs and sauce served separately.
