Salad with pork and cheese
300 g the pulp of roasted pork
200 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
200 g canned corn
150 g cheese
100 g onions
30 g Apple cider vinegar
2 sweet red pepper
1 a bunch of parsley
1 dill
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. mustard
1/5 tsp. sugar
salt
Cook the peas for 15 min under cover in lightly salted water, drain the water, to cool the peas.
Cut the peppers in half, peel, cut into strips.
Drain the liquid from the corn.
Cut into cubes pork, onion chop sticks, cut the cheese into small cubes.
Preparation of sauce: combine the mustard, vinegar, sugar, oil and salt, stir.
Combine ingredients, add salad dressing and mix.
Before serving, chill the salad with pork and cheese for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
