Salad "Cap Of Monomakh"
300 g pork
100-150 g cheese
50 g walnuts
3-4 eggs
3 potatoes
1 garlic clove
1 beets
1 garnet
1 large carrot

Raw carrots clean, RUB on a small grater, potato, eggs and beets boil, peel, grate in different plates on a coarse grater (except egg yolks - they grate on a fine grater).
Pork, boiled, cut into strips or small cubes.
Chop walnuts, pass through Chernogolovka garlic and combine it with mayonnaise.
Cheese grate.
Put the salad on a plate layers, each accurately mayonnaise: ? potatoes, beets, ? carrots ? walnuts, ? meat, the rest of the potatoes, egg yolks, ? cheese, the rest of the meat, the rest of the carrot.
Coat the salad with mayonnaise, to make the edge "the edge" of cheese, lightly coated with mayonnaise, cheese on top edge - the edge of grated egg white, sprinkle with a little nuts.
Decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds and beet slices in the shape of a crown on top to make 1-2 layers of half red onions, green peas salad "Cap of Monomakh" decorated only (!) before serving, otherwise it will wither. Before serving the salad should stand for 8-12 hours in the refrigerator.
