Pea salad with apples and pepper
300 g peas
3 apple
3 spring onions with feathers
2 sweet pepper
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
sugar
vinegar
salt
Soak peas 6 hours, drain the water, pour cooled boiled water in a ratio of 1 part of peas to 2 parts water, boil at low boil for 2 hours until tender, add salt for 15 minutes before end of cooking.
Put peas in a colander, allow to cool.
Finely chop the peppers and prepared apples (julienne), chop the green onions, combine with peas cooled down, add to taste the vinegar, sugar, salt and fill with vegetable oil.
Before serving pea salad with apples and peppers sprinkled with chopped herbs.
