Peas porridge (2 options)
1 glass Dry peas
Onions
4 tbsp. raising her. oil
Salt to taste
pea porridge:
Washed and soaked for 10 hours peas in hot water.
Discard in a colander, put in a saucepan and pour fresh water. Water is poured so that it was blocked only peas. Bring to a boil and add salt. Reduce the heat and cook to complete the cooking of peas.
Peel and finely cut onions. Fry 4 tablespoons vegetable oil (preheated) for 4 minutes.
Add to the pan with the fried onions already boiled soft pea mass, stir and heat for 5 minutes.
Peas porridge - option 2
Soak the washed peas in cold water. Leave for 7 hours.
Pour out the water and again washed peas through a colander. Fill it with warm water so that the water covered the peas on 2 fingers on top. Cook for about 30-40 minutes until tender, add oil, salt and mash.
