Salad-procurement "Danube"
For 10 cans ? l:
2 kg tomatoes
800 g sweet red pepper
700 g carrots
600 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
500 g onions
400 g vinegar 6%
400 g vegetable oil
20 PCs carnations
20 PCs allspice
10 Laurel leaves
The salad can be prepared from tomatoes of any maturity, including green.
Peas need to take canned.
Vegetables to prepare, chop bell pepper cut into strips, onion rings, tomatoes circles by half a centimeter, carrot cubes, blanch all the vegetables 10 minutes in boiling water.
Put the vegetables in a colander, stir, sprinkle with salt and 20 g per 1 kg of vegetables, put the colander on an enamel pan and leave on for 20-30 minutes, the juice drain into the pan.
Add the vegetables, peas without liquid, stir, add the vinegar to the juice, pour the mixture of vegetables.
Bring to a boil the butter, allow to cool, to each jar pour 40 g of hot oil, put 1 Bay leaf, 2 cloves and pepper, to put on top vegetable salad.
Cover the jars with lids to sterilize in boiling water for 30 minutes
Next salad-procurement "Danube" corked caps, cooled and placed in storage.
