Salad-procurement "Kuban"
3 kg tomatoes
1 kg pepper
1 kg carrots
1 kg onions
400 ml vegetable oil
300 g sugar
1 glass vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
Bay leaf
black peppercorn

To prepare, chop all the vegetables and leave them overnight, then pour the extracted juice.
For marinade, combine oil, vinegar, pepper, Bay leaf, sugar and salt, mix well.
Put the vegetables in the pan, pour the marinade, bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes
Next salad-procurement "Kuban" cooled, decomposed by sterilized banks, rolled and flipped, left upside down until cool.
