Salad-procurement in Bulgarian
4 kg green tomatoes
3,5 kg sweet pepper
2,5 kg onions
300 g green celery or parsley
150 g sugar
150 g salt
120 ml vinegar
30 g black pepper
To omit the peppers in the boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes, allow to cool, cut the seed box, cut into strips.
Chop the onion and tomatoes into rings, chop the greens.
Combine all the vegetables, add salt, add black pepper, sugar and vinegar.
