Salad-procurement with cabbage, carrot, radish and onion
For 10 cans ? l:
1,6 kg cabbage
1 kg black radish
300 g onions
300 g carrots
100 g green celery
100 g parsley
10 garlic cloves
200 g vinegar 9%
To prepare the cabbage, remove the stalk, finely chopped or nashinkovat.
Peel the carrots and radish, RUB on a large grater.
Chop the onion half rings, combine all the vegetables.
In each jar pour 20 grams of vinegar, put chopped green celery and parsley, 1 clove of garlic, tightly stacked on top of vegetable mixture.
Sprinkle the salad on top of sugar and salt (1 teaspoon).
Pour all the boiling water, then cover the jars with lids, sterilized in labaripasa water for about 10 minutes
Next salad cake with cabbage, carrot, radish and onion rolled, each jar shake to little mix, tilting to one side and rolled on the table.
