Salad with radish and harvesting herbs
1.5 kg radish
400 g green onions
150 ml vegetable oil
50 g parsley
5-8 hot pepper pods
Marinade:
10 peas black pepper
2 glass water
? glass 6% vinegar
1 Art. l. salt with a slide
Rinse well with greens and radishes, dry.
In a pan calcined for 7-10 min oil.
