Salad with radish, egg and sour cream
125 g radish
2 sprigs dill
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt
Wash, dry, cut radishes into thin circles.
Hard-boiled egg to cook, allow to cool, separate the white from the yolk, finely chop the protein and mix with radish.
Rub the yolks with sour cream and salt, season with salad mix.
Before serving, sprinkle the salad with radish, egg and sour cream chopped dill.
