Spring salad with potatoes and radish
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1-2 bunch of radishes
100 g early potatoes
50 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
50 g salad
3 eggs
glass ? sour cream
lemon juice
dill
black pepper
sugar (to taste)
salt (to taste)
Cut into thin slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs, radishes and potatoes.
Cut the lettuce and green onions in 2-3 parts (to leave some leaves for decoration).
Combine chopped vegetables.
Sour cream salt to taste and to add spice to add lemon juice or vinegar.
Season the vegetables with sour cream, stir. Put the salad hill in a bowl, on the edges to decorate with lettuce leaves, sprinkle with dill and decorate with vegetables.
