2 kg cauliflower

1 kg ripe tomatoes

3-4 sweet pepper

1 clove garlic

2/3 glass vegetable oil

? glass vinegar

? glass sugar

2 tbsp. salt

Wash and separate the cauliflower into florets, 5 min to boil water, put in a colander.

Prepare and finely chop the peppers, tomatoes cut into cubes, put through garlic press.

Combine all ingredients except cabbage, bring to boil, then add the cabbage, simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, over low heat.

Then "Gourmet" salad-harvesting immediately decomposed by sterilized banks and rolled.
