4 kg beet

2 kg onions

2 kg sweet pepper

2 kg red tomatoes

1 glass vegetable oil

1 hot pepper

salt

Chop bell pepper and onion strips, until soft fry in vegetable oil, remove from the pan, not capturing the oil.

Cut the tomatoes in a meat grinder, to grate the beets, put in an hour in a saucepan, stirring occasionally, add peppers and onions, twisted grinder hot pepper, salt and simmer everything for another 10 minutes
