"Caviar" of tomatoes with vegetables and garlic
3 kg tomatoes
1 kg carrots
4 sweet pepper
2 onions
1-2 garlic cloves
1 beets
1 hot pepper
1 glass sugar
1 glass vegetable oil
salt
Tomatoes cut into small pieces, chop onion rings, pepper strips, beets and carrots to grate.
Heat up the pan with part of the butter, put the prepared vegetables, add salt, stir, simmer until tender all the vegetables, covered, to cool, grind the mixture with a mixer or grinder.
Add the remaining butter, sugar, chopped garlic and hot pepper, heat the mixture, covered for another 15 minutes
Then the canning is done in the usual way: pure of tomatoes with vegetables and garlic unfolds on the banks, rolled and cooled in an upside-down banks.
