Caviar with cabbage and vegetables
1 kg green tomatoes
500 g cabbage
500 g green bell pepper
250 g water
200 g onions
150 g sugar
20 g salt
1 glass 9% vinegar
1 h. l. mustard seeds
Skip vegetables through a meat grinder, add the sugar, vinegar, mustard grain, water, salt, stir and simmer for half an hour over medium heat.
Then canning is done as follows: thickened vegetable mass is filled by banks, covered with double layer of plastic wrap tied with thread.
Eggs stored cabbage and vegetables must in a cool place.
