Baby cabbage
150 g cabbage
100 g boiled veal or beef
50 g sour cream
20 g onions
20 g rice
10 g butter
? eggs
salt
Skip the meat and onions through a meat grinder.
Boil the rice until tender in a little water with salt, drain in a colander.
Combine rice with minced meat, add the egg, stir.
Cut a few whole leaves from the cabbage, put them in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, remove, cool, shear thickening.
Put stuffing on each piece of cabbage, wrap, giving the stuffed form of short sausages.
Fry the cabbage in butter, to grease cream, pour 2 tablespoons of water or broth, simmer for half an hour, covered.
