Potato Pizza

Required Products:

600 g potato

1 pcs. egg

200 g cheese

100 g mushrooms, fresh or frozen

1 onion - onion

1 Art. l. chopped fresh herbs

4 Art. l. mayonnaise

1 Art. l. margarine

2 pcs. tomatoes

Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water and wipe hot. Add the egg and spoon of mayonnaise and mix.

�Mushrooms frozen, thaw, slice. Fresh - treat and cut.

Onions cut into rings, fry until golden brown, place the mushrooms and fry everything together.

On a greased baking margarine Lay potato mixture into a round cake with borders. Place cake on a half rate of grated cheese, slices of tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, pour mayonnaise and place the remaining cheese.

�Bake in the oven at 200 � C until golden brown
