Potatoes fried with onions and mushrooms
6 PCs potatoes
1 onion - head
200 g mushrooms
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Potato and mushroom slice, onion slice.
Potato fry on the part of the oil until Golden brown, season with salt.
Bow spasseruyte in the remaining oil until Golden brown, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
When submitting the potato mix with mushrooms, put on a dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
