Mushroom garnish (2)
200 g Chanterelles
300 g white mushrooms
1 onions - head
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. soy sauce
2 Art. l. pine nuts
ground black pepper - to taste
Mushroom slice, fry in oil until tender parts, pour soy sauce and mix well.
Dice the onion, saut in the remaining oil until soft, pepper and connect with mushrooms.
When submitting mushrooms out onto a plate, sprinkle with nuts and complete green onions.
