Chicken with spices and pine nuts

1 carrots

50 g pine nuts (peeled)

Chicken cut into small pieces.Chop onions.Saut the onion, add the chicken pieces, sliced mushrooms and diced chopped carrots.Add water and simmer for 20 minutes.Pine nuts mixed with spices and add to the chicken.Add salt and simmer until tender.
