Chicken fillet with vegetables and pine nuts
2 Portion
500 g chicken
50 g for sweet peppers of different colors (red, yellow, orange)
100 g fresh green beans
1 potato
1/2 carrots
40 g pine nuts
1-2 tbsp. water
salt

Peel and wash the potatoes, carrots and pepper.
Potatoes and carrots cut into strips, pepper - diamonds, beans cut into a few pieces.
Put the vegetables in a ceramic dish, greased.
Chicken breast cut into large cubes, season with salt and sprinkle with spices.
Fry for 2-3 minutes in the pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Put the vegetables in a ceramic bowl, add 1-2 tbsp of water, cover and place in a preheated 180 � C oven for 30 minutes.
When submitting the finished dish, sprinkle with pine nuts.
