Turkey, stewed in wine sauce
2-3 kg turkey - 1 pc. ()
250 g margarine
1 Art. l. tomato puree
1 glass dry white wine
parsley (green), black pepper, salt - to taste
for garnish:
500 g Sauerkraut
1 glass swept away
100 g Dried mushrooms (preferably white)
2 onions - bulbs
1 h. l. flour

Prepared turkey cut into portions, rub with salt and pepper and fry in margarine, put and simmer, adding tomato puree mixed with wine. Separately extinguish finely chopped onions and cabbage. When the cabbage is tender, add the cooked and chopped straw mushrooms, powdered with flour and broth diluted mushroom cream. Cabbage with mushrooms and onions out onto a plate, and on it - the portions of meat. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
