2.5 glass broth (or water)

300 g dried fruit (apples, raisins, plums, apricots, and so I.) - about

Turkey meat cut into pieces, roll in flour and fry in oil or fat before the formation of a brown crust. At the end of frying add shredded onion. Pour water or broth, season with salt and pepper. When the liquid comes to a boil, add the sliced julienne fruit, wine or Apple juice and simmer over low heat, covered. When the meat is ready, add the cream sauce and herbs. Garnish submit boiled rice, leeks and carrots.
