Turkey fried with mushroom sauce
600 g Turkey (pulp breast or legs)
1 PCs egg
1 tbsp. milk

1/2 glass dried ground
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
2 PCs onion
300 g fresh white mushrooms
1 glass broth
1 tbsp. puree tomato
2 tbsp. sour cream
lemon juice from half a lemon
ground black pepper, salt - to taste
