Turkey stew with mushrooms
100 g Turkey meat
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour

1 onion - onion
1 PCs carrots
1 PCs parsley (root)
celery (root) - to taste
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. puree tomato
1 glass mushrooms, stewed in its own juice
2 glass broth
2 tbsp. sour cream
4-5 PCs tomatoes
dill, salt - to taste
Cut meat into serving pieces and brown on all sides in hot oil, put on a dish and keep warm. Heat the oil tomato puree, grated or chopped roots and flour, add the chopped sauteed mushrooms, onions, sour cream and broth. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add chopped garlic, salt. Put the meat in the sauce and simmer on low heat, covered until cooked (about 25-30 minutes). If the bird is old, the meat should cook with the spices in the broth and the flour and sour cream to add later.
The finished dish sprinkle with chopped dill and garnish with sliced tomatoes. Garnish submit boiled rice or fried potatoes, steamed vegetables and salad in the marinade or salad of raw vegetables
