Turkey boiled with sauce
1 PCs Turkey
2-3 l water
1 onion - onion
2 PCs parsley (root)
1 PCs carrots
2 tbsp. butter (or fat bird)
2 tbsp. cream
dill, parsley (parsley), salt - to taste
Prepared the carcass is cut into portions, put in boiling water, cook on low heat until cooked (from 1 to 3 hours depending on the age of the birds), removing the foam. Salt, spices, onion add in about half an hour before end of cooking. Prepared meat out onto a plate and pour the broth. Separately apply the sauce.
For the sauce: warm the flour in the butter or chicken fat, then add 3-4 cups of broth, boil, or add cream, mix with chopped greens. Garnish with boiled rice, potatoes or pasta, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots and peas, boiled beans, cauliflower or paprika pods. Separately apply a salad of raw vegetables.
