1 kg turkey

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

200 g Fresh mushrooms

2-3 Art. l. butter

1/2 glass dry white wine

1 Art. l. flour

1/2 h. l. lemon juice

ground black pepper, salt - to taste

Portions of turkey with salt, pepper, flour and fry priporoshit on all sides in vegetable oil. Pour the wine, tightly cover and simmer in the oven until tender, turning occasionally and basting the meat juice formed. Clean mushrooms, cut into slices, add lemon juice, salt and cook in butter. Then put the mushrooms in a pan with the meat and sauce and warm up for 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes and rice.
