Mushrooms and wine sauce
REQUIRED PRODUCTS:
300 g mushrooms
0,5 glass white wine
1 lemon
1 onions
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. liver
2 tbsp. wheat flour

Mushrooms, cleaned, washed, cut into slices.
Onion cut into half rings, combine the mushrooms, fry, add the flour and pour in the tomato puree.
Add hot water, wine, lemon juice, salt, stir, simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
You can serve with a side dish of green peas and mashed potatoes. Before serving, arrange greens.
