Required products:

2 PCs perch - . 250 g

100 g pork , sliced

50 g mushrooms cooked

5 g leek chopped



1 g ginger root chopped

1 onion - head

3 tsp. wheat flour

2 tbsp. soy sauce

5 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. sugar

salt - to taste

The fish is cleaned, washed, rubbed with salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then breaded in flour and fry in a preheated 160 �C oil until Golden brown. Put the fish and allow the oil to drain.

Peel the onions, cut into rings and fry with garlic, ginger, sliced mushrooms and pork. Add fish, soy sauce, fry on medium heat for 2 minutes. At the end pour 4 cups of water, add sugar and salt, simmer for 10 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
