Salad with mushrooms in wine sauce
For this recipe you will need:
300 g fresh mushrooms (champignons, raincoats)
2-3 pcs. tomatoes
1 onion - onion
1 pcs. carrot
150 ml dry white wine
1 Art. l. lemon juice
1-2 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
Select strong very young mushrooms (raincoats), washed, cut into small pieces, put in an enamel pan, pour the wine, add salt, pepper and simmer with the lid closed over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Carrots washed, clean, grate, tomatoes cut into slices, chop onions, herbs chop. Thus prepared products mix, season with vegetable oil and lemon juice
Ready to lay lettuce in a salad bowl and garnish with finely chopped dill.
