Salad with mushrooms and eggs (I)
For the recipe You will need:
500 g mushrooms
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 PCs egg
salt, pepper, dill - to taste
To select a strong young mushrooms, washed, boiled in salted water, then drain in a sieve and cut into thin slices. Eggs boil, peel, cut into cubes, mix with cooked mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and season with vegetable oil.
The finished salad to put in a salad bowl and garnish with chopped dill.
