Salad with spinach and mushrooms
For the recipe You will need:
200 g spinach
300 g mushrooms
6 PCs eggs
150 ml vegetable oil
salt, black pepper (freshly ground) to taste
150 g ham
150 g pickles
1 PCs egg (yolk)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mustard
700 g yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
30 g capers
Eggs to cook hard-boiled. Spinach, thoroughly washed, leaves coarsely chopped. Mushrooms wash, peel, cut into slices and fry in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Ham and pickles cut into cubes. Each egg, peel and cut into 6 pieces.
All products stir gently.
Egg yolk mixed with lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard. Gradually in a thin stream, pour the remaining oil to make a thick mayonnaise. Add the yogurt.
For the salad, put the capers and drizzle with sauce.
