For this recipe you will need:

250 g white asparagus

sea salt

1 pcs. pineapple (small)

1 pcs. apple



1/2 juice - lemon

Asparagus peel from the top down, wash and cut into pieces of 2 cm in length. Put the asparagus in boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes (not to get too soft). Tilt in a colander, to drain water well and refrigerate.

We cut pineapple Sultan and the base of the cutting. Cut the fruit into 4 parts. Each quarters cut hard core and peel. The flesh is cut into pieces of about 1 cm. Apple peeled, cut into quarters, remove the core, cut into small cubes. Immediately sprinkle it 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice to avoid darkening. Pluck grapes with a brush, rinse, wipe dry, cut in half and remove the seeds.

Chilled chicken to skin, separate the meat from the bones and cut it slices about 2 cm thick. Mix in a large dish with other ingredients for the salad. Yogurt mixed with mayonnaise, remaining lemon juice, pineapple juice and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper. If needed, add more soy sauce. Pour salad dressing and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
