Chicken salad with pineapple
Required Products:
100 g chicken (boiled pulp);
60 g canned pineapple;
1 Art. l. lemon juice;
2 mayonnaise - tablespoons
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
2 Art. l. sour cream;
20 g walnuts - cores
20 g parsley and dill;
Preparation time: 25 minutes
The flesh of chicken cut into large cubes, pineapple - slices. Arrange on a platter, alternating, pineapple pulp and chicken.
Walnuts grate, 2 whole kernel leave for decoration. Chop the greens, 2 sprigs leave for decoration.
For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Serve salad, watering sauce, sprinkle with grated nuts, herbs and complete your entire kernels walnut and sprigs of greenery.
