2 chicken fillet

1 beam parsley

1 sweet red pepper

250 g canned pineapple

100 g mayonnaise

? glass rice

2 Art. l. sour cream

Chicken fillet boil in water with salt, cool and cut into cubes.

Boil the rice until tender.

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream, add 1 tsp pineapple syrup and mix.

Finely chop the parsley and pineapple, some aside for decoration.

Combine rice with herbs, add a piece of prepared sauce and mix.

Finely chop the pepper.

Stack salad "Haiti" in the round cup layers, alternating rice, pepper, chicken and pineapple, slightly compacted, then put the salad on a plate, knocking the cup.

Garnish with salad "Haiti" remaining sauce and slices of pineapple.
