Chicken breast with green asparagus
Ingredients:
3 PCs breast of chicken cooked
600 g green asparagus
300 g canned pineapple
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 Basil - beam
1 tbsp. parsley chopped
pepper, white pepper
salt
In asparagus cut off the rough ends and boil it in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into slices.
With breast remove the fillets and cut each of the slices.
Pineapple cut into pieces and throwing in a colander, let drain the syrup.
The oil will combine with parsley, salt, pepper, mix well.
When serving, place the dish of asparagus, pineapple slices and fillets. Pour the prepared sauce and decorate with Basil leaves.
