Appetizer of asparagus
300 g green asparagus
4 tbsp. pine nuts
2 tbsp. olive oil
white pepper
salt
Boil the asparagus in salted water for 20-30 minutes, drain in a colander.
Fry the asparagus in olive oil and pepper.
Before serving, sprinkle with roasted asparagus chopped greens and chopped pine nuts.
