Salad with asparagus and mushrooms with mustard dressing
For the recipe You will need:
1/4 glass lemon juice
1/4 tsp. mustard (dry)
1/2 glass olive oil
1 garlic - tooth
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
250 g asparagus (cut into pieces 5 cm)
4 green onions - feather
Lemon juice mix the mustard powder. Gradually pour in the vegetable oil and mix. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Leave on for 30 minutes.
The cook asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain in a colander. Mix the asparagus with sliced mushrooms, add chopped green onions and drizzle with dressing. To mix.
