Salad with mushrooms and asparagus
For this recipe you will need:
300 g Fresh mushrooms
300 g asparagus
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. lemon juice
salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
Young asparagus boil in salted water, cut into small pieces. Mushrooms washed, cut into slices and cook in its own juice, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cooked foods mix, add the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, season with vegetable oil.
Ready to lay lettuce in a salad bowl and garnish with finely chopped dill.
