Salad with celery, pineapple and cheese
150 g gouda cheese
150 g Wheat Groats
125 g yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 Bank of canned pineapple
1 celery root
1 Art. l. 3% vinegar
3 h. l. Peanut
1 h. l. lemon juice
1 h. l. curry
Finely diced celery root, boil in water with salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes, let the liquid drain, cool.
Pineapple cut into small slices, cheese - cubes.
Boil wheat groats, cool it.
Grind the peanuts.
Connect wheat grits with cheese, celery, pineapple and peanuts.
Preparation of the sauce: combine 2 tablespoons pineapple juice and vinegar, yogurt, sugar, curry, salt and pepper.
Dress the salad with sauce, mix well, remove an hour in the refrigerator.
Before serving, salad with celery, pineapple and cheese arrange greens.
