400 g Assorted cold finished meat (chicken, turkey, lamb, beef, pork)

1 big green apple

0.5 glass nuts (cashews or peanuts)

1 Art. l. lemon juice

200 g canned or fresh pineapple

3 Art. l. brown sugar

2 Art. l. vinegar

2 cloves of garlic

cayenne pepper pinch

2 -3 Drops of Tabasco sauce

salt and pepper

Apple peel and core, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.

Celery cut into slices, meat - thin strips. Nuts are lightly fried. All mix and season sauce, for which grind in a blender pineapple, garlic along with the sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and Tabasco.

Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Source: Journal "Gastronom".
