Salad "Morning Sultan"
300 g fresh spinach, washed and obsushennogo
450 g smoked chicken or turkey, cut into strips
300 g canned mandarin slices
1 glass sliced into thin rings of red onion
0.5 glass roasted salted peanuts
0.5 glass white raisins
1/4 glass olive oil
1 Art. l. white wine vinegar
1 Art. l. mango chutney
3/4 h. l. curry powder
3/4 h. l. dry mustard
0.5 h. l. salt
Tear spinach leaves into small pieces. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, chicken, mandarin slices, onion rings, nuts and raisins. Cover and place in the refrigerator before serving. In a small cup combine the olive oil, vinegar, chutney, curry, mustard and salt. Cover and keep at room temperature. Just before serving, season with salad, toss lightly.
