Crackers with crab meat

Ingredients:

20 pcs. crackers

100 g crab meat or crab sticks

3 Art. l. mayonnaise

1 Art. l. chili sauce - and Tabasco - 4 drops

5 Lemon - slices

Crab meat cut into strips, olives - rings. Lemon slices, cut into 4 pieces.

Mix mayonnaise with chili sauce and Tabasco, brush with a mixture of crackers. On top of the sauce, place the crab meat.

Arrange slices of lemon, olives and greens.
