Easy Christmas pineapple salad

100 g grated Dutch cheese

4-5 boiled eggs

2 pickles

1 Bank of canned pineapple

1 Bank of canned corn
some corn to choose? we'll show

1 small onions

1 Art. l. parsley

Filling:

1 clove of garlic

2-3 Art. l. mayonnaise

2 Art. l. yogurt or sour cream

1 Art. l. olive oil

ground black pepper

salt

Finely diced cucumbers, pineapple, onion and eggs, combine corn, grated cheese and greens.

Garlic is passed through the press, to connect with the other ingredients for the filling, mix well.

Add dressing to salad, stir, put a light Christmas pineapple salad in a bowl, garnish with pineapple rings and herbs before serving cool New Year's table.
