Chicken salad Caribbean
2 glass cooked chicken
1 tsp. chilli pepper, finely chopped
0,5 glass low-fat yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
3 glass cooked rice
1/4 glass mayonnaise
1 glass chopped celery
1,5 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 glass green capsicum, finely chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
230 g pineapple, finely chopped
0,5 tsp. salt
In one tank, connect the chicken, rice, celery, green pepper, pineapple and pepper. In another bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly and pour over the salad. Stir. Cool.
