Salad "Chicken Curry"
450 g chicken breast fillets
170 g pineapple juice
1 carrot
1 onions
5 Art. l. unsweetened yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
4 Art. l. raisins
1 Art. l. curry
ginger
lettuce
water
salt
Boil chicken breasts or bake until cooked in the oven, then pour pineapple juice, 1 min at a maximum temperature bake in the oven, turn over, bake for 1 minute.
Pour boiling water over raisins and leave.
Chicken cut into small pieces, add chopped onions and carrots, raisins (water drain), remove all cold.
Stir the remaining juice with curry, for 2 hours.
Served salad "Chicken Curry" as salad laid out on leaves of lettuce, poured curry sauce.
