200 g Kefir -
some yogurt to choose? we'll show

1 h. l. Salt;

1 Cilantro - beam

1 pcs. Apple;

Red pepper to taste

Fry the onions until golden brown, add garlic, tomato, diced, yogurt, salt, pepper, curry, apple, diced. In the sauce add the meat, put on a slow fire for 40 minutes. When serving add the greens.
