Curry turkey with almonds
500 g turkey - pulp
2 Art. l. melted butter
1 onions - head
2 Garlic - cloves
2 Art. l. curry powder
1/2 h. l. cumin seeds, ground
3 pcs. tomatoes
1 glass chicken broth
1/2 lemon juice
3 Art. l. almonds

salt and ground black pepper - to taste
The flesh of turkey cut into cubes 1 cm thick, fry in oil part until golden brown, remove and allow oil to drain.
In the remaining oil saut the diced onion, add the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, sprinkle with curry powder and cumin, warm up for 2-3 minutes. Then put the chopped tomatoes, pour in the broth, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat without the lid.
In the sauce, place fried turkey, add the lemon juice, some chopped herbs and almonds. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When serving pour turkey cooked sauce and sprinkle with remaining herbs.
