1 pcs. turkey;

paprika, salt - to taste

1 pcs. onion

1 glass Water (broth from turkey);

2 Art. l. olive oil

2 Art. l. flour -

240 g sour cream

Chop onion and fry in oil in a frying pan. Paprika cut into cubes, add to the onions, lightly fry. Turkey divided into portions. To release half of the pan by moving the bow, and put the other half of the turkey and fry on one side. Turning the turkey, onion put on top. When the turkey turns red, add water or broth and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste and cook over low heat until tender.

Next, lay the turkey with the juice into the dish to receive.

In a frying pan pour the flour, lightly fried. Add the juice from the turkey.

Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Then add the cream and stir.

Put the turkey back in the pan and heat up.
